Doctor Buckley walked into his office. He looked over and saw little Christopher Diaz and his father, Eddie Diaz, sitting in a chair in the corner of the room. Christopher smiled.

“Hello, Chris. I love your shirt, buddy.”

Buck pointed with his pen at Christopher’s spider-man shirt. Chris smiled and giggled, Eddie smiled as well. Buck leaned down to the counter and started to writing some things down in his paper.

“Just a check up, yeah?”

Buck looked over at Eddie, who was staring at him from the corner. Eddie shook out of it.

“Uh, Y- yeah, just a check up…”

Eddie internally cringed at himself. Why was he so awkward?
