Kurumuda stood there, still somewhat dazed, as he quietly observed the others discussing amongst themselves, wondering how to proceed. He had narrowly avoided getting crushed to his death, and was now stuck in a mysterious place with more of these victims like him. He didn't care much about them.

This silence was interrupted when someone pulled on his tank top, catching his attention. Someone around his age, with a determination shining through their eyes. They seemed interested in sparking a conversation with him.
