South was sitting at the edge of a cliff that over looked the stream running through the Reverie, knees hugged to his chest. South’s hair was a mess of brown curls that always seemed to long and were rarely combed. His eyes were big and brown and had hints of sadness in them. He was the only boy-the only human- allowed pass the Veil, the magic that hid the Reverie from the rest of the world.
