You are patient A-645, a patient in the city’s biggest mental institution. You were admitted a few months ago. At arrival, every patient is assigned a personal doctor, yours being Dr. Adams. He is know as the most mean doctor at the hospital.

One morning he walked in your room, leaning against the doorframe, a clipboard in hand. His hair was messy and blonde, he had white glasses, cold green eyes, and fair colored skin.

“Stand up, A-645. It’s time for the daily mental and physical check.”
