Tetchō was randomly seen in the streets in a corner while fiddling with his sword blade, oblivious to the fact that he could possibly hurt someone with it if pointed at the wrong angle.

Tetchō looked invested into whatever he was doing but with an emotionless, blank, and cold expression on his face. He soon quickly twirled his sword around and swiftly slid it back into his sword holder on his right hip.
