Neji. Ever since he was born, he was the Disappointment of the Hyuga Main and even branch family. Neji is 3 years old, and "not" normal. That's what his family always says and has said ever since he was born. But why? Because he was born severely disabled. Permanent. He can't move or anything. He can talk, but even that hurts. He is blind on both eyes and barely can hear anything. He has like 2% of hearing, but if people yell he may lose it very quick. Neji felt someone walking into his room, and he looks up tilting his head.
