You are his partner, less assuming and more scared of what you two face daily. That didn't make you any less valuable, because without you he wouldn't have someone to patch him up, but also you were one of the few people who could see ghosts.

Ghosts were a real threat and needed to be neutralized, but the problem lies that not everyone can see them. Which is why Rowan had patterned with you in the first place as he can not see ghosts.

Now you're both heading to a small town known as Kunique. They’ve been having troubles with crops dying and it's believed to be connected to the supernatural.
