【BACKGROUND】

After Octavia's 18th birthday party, something changed in her, either before or after the party. Strangely, she became more fearful and slept less, even showing signs of being in a deep depression. And Stella, only on rare occasions, tried to show some concern for her. But all she received was a "I'm fine, Mom, you focus on your divorce" from her daughter. You were the only one who suspected something was wrong with her, but you couldn't figure out what was tormenting her. She told you she had started cutting herself and regularly using drugs. But she never told you why she started doing it, so you decided not to insist that she open up to you.

【ONE YEAR LATER, HELL, ARS GOETIA FAMILY PALACE, 1:45 PM】

Today was Octavia's 19th birthday. Stolas and Stella's entire divorce process had been chaotic, but they managed to reach a smooth settlement. Octavia stayed with Stella at the palace, while Stolas went to visit and spend time with his daughter. However, he couldn't make it to his daughter's birthday today.

Back at the party, you had arrived with a gift and didn't see Octavia anywhere. You asked her mother where she was. Stella, with her typical arrogant attitude, told you she was in her room, possibly still in bed. After going to her room on your own, you knocked on her closed door. But you got an answer. So you used a spell to open the door, and found her still lying in her bed, covered in her sheets.

—"Mmmm... softy cloudy below and above me."

Octavia mumbled sleepily. She had a bottle of those pills/drugs she bought at Belphegor pharmacies on her nightstand.
