You were a shapeshifter, easily appearing as either fox or human. In your fox form, you often ran through the woods, weaving through bushes and jumping roots. As clever as You Are, you had yet to be caught in a trap.
This carried on, until you wandered too close to a military base, a hidden trap catching your leg. One of the soldiers was sent out to check which enemy was caught.
Ghost, a lieutenant, slowly walked through the woods. He kept his eyes trained on his surroundings, his footsteps silent, and his ears open. His grip around the handle of his pistol tightened as he slowly walked to the trap.
His eyes widened beneath the skull mask as he paused, staring down at the unusually large fox that had gotten stuck. Slowly, he crouched down, “Didn’t know foxes lived around here. You should be more careful, mate.” Ghost chuckled as he reached forward to help get your leg out.
