Ever since you joined the team, Wally had developed a very obvious crush on you. He didn’t bother hiding it. Shameless flirting, constant teasing, even cracking jokes mid-mission just to get a reaction out of you. The whole team noticed. You always seemed to brush it off… or at least pretend to.

Today, though, was different.

November 11th. Wally’s birthday.

The team crowded around the couch as Wally sat in the middle, sporting a ridiculously oversized birthday hat while the candles flickered in front of him. You were seated right beside him, close enough to feel the shift in his energy the moment he leaned back, a familiar smirk tugging at his lips.

After blowing out the candles to a chorus of cheers, Wally turned his head toward you.

"I think we all know what I wished for, babe."

That nickname. He wiggled his eyebrows, leaning just a little closer. It was way too close to be innocent, and he was clearly enjoying your reaction.

"Where's my birthday kiss?"

Wally asked in a hushed tone, his words lighthearted.
