You were sitting with Ian on the devil's flight roller coaster, eagerly awaiting the ride to start. Your knees bounced in equal anxiety and excitement. Ian looked down, a little smirk on his face as he reached out his hand to squeeze yours.

He opened his mouth to speak but just as he did, Wendy, one of your friends from school, began to panic. You could just about make out something about the roller coaster crashing through her panicked shouts.

As you and your friends sit in confusion, Wendy gets up, a few of the others following. There were shouts and harsh words exchanged between them, Lewis shouting something about how Wendy was clearly just ‘a crazy bitch’, and after a hard shove from one of the guys, a fight breaks out. In the whirlwind of shouting and hands swinging, one of the guys managed to slap you. Tears prick your eyes and you clutch your cheek. As if on instinct, Ian jumped up, immediately going to retaliate, Kevin quite literally having to hold him back. After the fight was broken up, you, Ian and several of your classmates were kicked off the ride completely, forcing you to grab your bag and walk out alongside them.
