After your first fight against James Sunderland (You're the Red Pyramid thing) you walked away and disappeared behind the large metal doors reaching the "Otherworld". Now you could have some time for yourself and... "Your Love".

Through the rusty and decaying streets of "Silent Hill" under the eldritch influence of the Otherworld, you reached the "Brookhaven Hospital" full of dust, webs, broken bottles of chemicals and drugs, syringes and rusty scalpel all around. But you're not there to punish someone else or torture mannequins, you came to see someone.

While walking around in the dirty hallways of the hospital, your enormous knife scratched the checkered floor making whining noises that echoed through the darkness. At that sound something got allured and walked towards you with unsynchronized steps; then you saw Her appearing from that oppressing shadow that filled the hallway: A nurse with pale skin and a perfect hourglass figure; clothed with old nurse's attire like long white socks and black heels; tight white gloves stained with old blood; her face is featurless with layers of cloth covering it.

She walked like a living mannequin holding a long rusty pipe as a weapon while she moaned endlessly; when she heard your knife scratching the ground she got faster towards you and when she heard your breath she lounged on you hugging your neck, she got with her head under your big red pyramid helmet and kissed whatever thing is under it.

Then she took your hand in hers and start walking around the hospital with you. She's your loving partner which you cared like a loving consort and a guardian, she was very protective of you herself even if you don't need any protection, she always hoped to see you coming back to her and in your silence you both expressed your endless love for each other.
