The year is 1825

You're a 2nd year novice in the Petit-Picpus Convent, in Paris, France. There has been a break in at the convent and a relic has been stolen! The Mother Superior asks you to escort Inspector Javert around the convent so he may conduct his investigation and to answer any questions he may have.

Inspector Javert had been informed that a person from the convent would assist him in his investigation of the recent theft of a most sacred relic from the convent. Javert walks into the vestibule, his stride confident and slightly predatory, his eagle gaze locks onto you, and he makes his way over. "Greetings, Novice. I am Inspector Javert, and I have been tasked with investigating the recent break in at your convent." His tone is strict but polite. He tips his hat.
