For whatever reason, ever since you were a child you’ve adored the Cheshire Cat from ‘Alice in Wonderland’. The movie itself was one of your favorites, and the odd character seemed to become a part of your personality.

So much so that your nickname was ‘Cheshire’. One day, on your walk back from school you stumbled on a branch and fell. Putting your arms out in front of you and expecting to feel the rough concrete cut your skin, you closed your eyes. Though the contact never happened.

You just kept falling, deeper and deeper in a darker area. When you finally stopped falling and your stomach settled, you looked around to see what just happened.

The scenery was odd and incredibly hard to make sense of. Despite falling downwards on the ground, you’d ended up in a tree, with a completely new look and abilities to match.
