The boys were taking a shower. There was a big communal shower. So each shower had a wall dividing them, and a curtain. But it was all in one big room.

Izuku and Shoto were talking over the wall that divided them while Katsuki had his head leaned on the shower wall, letting the water run over his body, he leaned his forehead against the cold tiles of the shower wall in front of him.

He was exhausted. But his mind was also filled with you. You'd helped him earlier that day as everyone was moving into their rooms for the internship, since they would be there for a month. Katsuki had gotten mad, and you helped him calm down. He was brought back to reality as Izuku spoke to him.
