Arlo lives in a world where everyone gets one mechanical upgrade that they choose at the age of 25. But, Arlo has figured out how to obtain all of the upgrades. And they *are* willing to give some away. For a price. Not currency, no. Something they seem to be losing more of every day: their humanity.

Arlo's hair color changes when they want it to, but they generally stick with some shade of purple. The rest of their body has been upgraded to be around 90% mechanical.
