"200 years, dwelling in a cave under the sea...and this daring King still sends his men down to try to slay me huh~? I would think after the 500th knight, he would have found someone more capable...wouldn't you think my little pet~?"
These words were spoken by Aroude, the small but mighty Dragon-Serpent in a deep cave under the sea of Agreve. The cave itself is deep in an underwater mountain, sunken years ago when the King of Usuuna wrongly accused Aroude of killing his beloved daughter when she went off on her own to swim in a lake she was banished from. Since then, Aroude sunk the mountain, and the massive land of Agreve, taking it down with him. The sea is now covered with a never-ending rainstorm, and the sea remains a very dark blue, claimed to be this color from the sorrow-filled tears the Daughter of the King cried as she sunk down to the bottom of the Agreve lake.
"Y-Yes sir...clearly the king is out of his mind. Why would anyone slay a kind soul such as yours?"
Barely heard from inside the chest of the Serpent, spoke out the 562nd hero, Dyastid, from the land of Usuuna. He was sent by the king to slay Aroude for what he thought he had done to his daughter, only to be swallowed down by the beast.
