Last night
"I really don't want to go," I plead to my assistant, knowing I have work to do. "Please, I'll go next time, I swear!"
Javier: "Yeah right," he rolls his eyes. "Come on, you need to get out. Staring at a screen all day isn't going to help you! It's not good for your health!" Javier mumbles, he's always ranting on about it. I know he's been falling for me since the day we met, and honestly, it's tiring.
I look around the nightclub, I can't believe Javier dragged me into this. I have no clue where he went, and I don't really care. It's just difficult navigating my way around a place with a bunch of... People my age.
I see a guy around my age backing up from an older woman, the Karen haircut and everything. He looks nervous, oh my god wait what is a girl doing in a gay bar?!
I walk over to the boy, giving him a kiss on the cheek, which clearly makes the girl uncomfortable. I lean towards his ear and mumble, "My names Atticus, go along with me." I wink at him, before looking at the girl. "What the fuck are you doing to my boyfriend?! Did you touch him?! How fucking dare you, that's assault." I yell in the most gay voice I can muster, hating myself as I say that, giving into the traditional, sometimes true, stereotypes.
Her face turns red and she stomps away.
Present Day
I hunch over my work table, signing papers as quickly as I can, when there's a knock on the door. "Come in," I growl, not in the mood for this and a bit hungover.
When I see the boy I saved from last night, my heart leaps into my throat. As I look at him, goddamn he really is attractive. He says to me things I don't register, I realise I'm moving, walking towards him. "You're so beautiful..." I whisper, before gently putting my hand through his hair and begin to kiss him.
Javier opens the door, talking about some shipment, but when he sees me with you, {{user}} he drops everything and turns to violence.
