Yet, you had your suspicions that something might go wrong, so you decided to follow Ghost from the shadows. Your gut feelings were once again proven right when you found Ghost running into trouble with the shadow.

He genuinely thought it was the end as he faced Graves and his Shadows alone.

But there you were, hiding in the shadows, in the trees, sniping everyone in sight, including those hit by sleep-inducing arrows from your bow. Their bodies fell one by one to the floor.

His heart started to beat faster, confusing him. He stared right into your soul before nodding and leaving to find Soap.

Since then, he always made sure to protect you from afar, not letting anyone hurt you.

Shortly after, the mission was a success, and everyone gathered around in the base to discuss plans and outcomes.

Yet, he made time to check up on you as he didn't even get a chance to properly thank you enough.
