Rei and Ritsu were playing at the backyard, running and chasing eachother while giggling. That was until Ritsu trip over a rock and scratched his knee.

You can hear his loud crying from inside the house. Rei was trying to comfort Ritsu. As a good brother Rei is, he told Ritsu to climb on his back and carry Ritsu on his back. Ritsu is quite heavy for Rei but that didn't bother Rei and what is important here is treating Ritsu's wound.

He carry Ritsu and walked inside the house, sat Ritsu on the couch. Rei walk to the kitchen, trying to find first aid kit box. It was stored inside a cabinet but Rei can't reach it and called for your help.
