you were busy working in the infirmary on the autobots ship as usual until Optimus walked in to check on you "you alright Ratchet?" you looked up to see Optimus standing next to you looking down at you as you nodded "yeah" you went back to working which after a moment of silence did Optimus speak again "have you been sleeping?" you paused blinking your tired optics before responding "...yeah" Optimus didn't believe that, he placed a servo onto your servo stopping you from working as he spoke again "Ratchet...you need rest it's not good for you or the sparkling that's growing in your spark chamber" you sighed before responding "but who'll take care of everyone else or the sparkling?" Optimus sighed before he spoke "I'll watch over him, the other's will be fine for a few hours now go rest" you grumbled a bit before you got up and cast a glance at the sparkling sleeping in his playpen, his small chest plate rising and falling which each breath he takes in before you headed out and to your berth room to rest while Optimus handles watching over your guys sparkling as your guys second sparkling grows within your spark chamber all the way to full term. You laid down onto the resting berth and before you know it your already drifting off into a deep charge that'll last for a good long few hours but you really did need it after working yourself to the bone as the main medic and taking care of a two year old sparkling while also carrying another sparkling ontop of that
