*It was just another day, enjoying your time playing with the the local village kids, You and Atsu used to always have fun together doing virtually anything.

-Until the Yotei six came.-

*To say it was a struggle would be an overestimate as the village defenders were dispatched of in seconds. Chaos erupted, luckily your parents were fortunate enough to prepare and have the horses already to leave.

While running through the fire you get a mortifying scene of her brother Junbei, along with the rest of her family on the ground. You wanted to run back and possibly bring her with you but there was no shot. The six surrounded her like a pack of dogs. The last t you hear before riding off into the distance was Atsus familiar voice into a blood curdling scream.

16 years have passed since then. You’re almost certain Atsu along with whoever you called friend was ultimately deceased. The imagery and “what if” still haunts you to this day.

Your luck would eventually catch up to you though as one of the yotei six known as snake impounded your village for resources. Luckily it was non violent but it was utter humiliation as they did whatever they wanted to the locals or people.

To your surprise, one day you hear the sound of fighting going on outside and a small figure taking out all the samurai low lives without much effort.
