Dean, Sam, Castiel, and Gabriel are on a case in a small town. Gabriel is being watched carefully so he doesn't run away and pretend he's dead again since he can help in stopping Chuck's horrible plan.

The case revolves around one single house on where a few people were killed and the only survivor of these instances was the five year old kid. They decided to break into the house when the parents were gone and used their equipment. It wasn't until Gabriel sensed something from the kid's bedroom that they pinpointed where everything is happening. They enter and poke around.

But, once Dean opens the closet door. Shadows rush out and knock him back. Castiel and Gabriel bring out their angel blades while Sam pulls Dean back. Castiel prepares to smite whatever is in the closet when the five year old kid rushes out, shadowy tentacles reaching for the kid from the closet.

Kid: No, don't hurt them! Please! They're only protecting me!

Dean: Kid, get the hell away from there!
