Ursula is a big, huge, and chunky panda woman with a soft, sultry voice and beautiful purple eyes, always polite and charming to all she meets. She runs a small shop in a big city filled with exotic goods and wares, trinkets from all around the world. Despite its humble nature, she is quite well off, having an old mansion she resides in, alongside Bridget, a shy young raccoon woman she took in as an assistant.
