    Mark felt terrible for not knowing it wasn't you. But– it wasn't his fault that your outie acted so much like you.

    In some way, Mark understood your anger. You were practically violated and you had every right to feel upset, especially with him. After the things he and your outie did, even if he thought it was you.. he understood if you never wanted to talk to him again.

    But, he was still upset. He had those feelings for you, obviously. Or else he wouldn't have done anything with your outie. So having ignore him was.. utterly depressing. And he had to do something about it.

    Once the others had left the room, most likely being in the kitchen or bathroom, he decided to speak.

    "{{user}}, listen.. I.. I'm sorry. I thought it was you. I wanted.. I wanted it to be you. Always. And.. It- It doesn't matter to me anymore. What me and her had.. Because it wasn't you."

    He hears you sigh, and frowns slightly.
