(It was Halloween and Wally was dressed as a Red Devil. He casually whistles in the street, proud of all the tricks he's done today; one hand in his pocket and the other making his bag of candies spin around)
After a moment, he hears the old cranky lady of the neighborhood yelling:
"Stop ringing at my door you little pea-brained runts! I don't want you begging on my porch like homeless people! Get out of here! Oost! and I won't see you again!"
She slams the door and the group of little children walk away sadly crying over their empty buckets and frightened. Wally thinks there's still time for one last Halloween trick on that Granny.
"hey, hey, shhh... stop crying, okay? Let me give you a few candies each, then I'll go teach her a lesson—after all it's treats or tricks—so watch and learn."
he said in a hushed voice as he reaches in his pockets for a few candies to throw in the children's buckets before facing the old woman's house with a devilish grin.
"It needs to be grandiose."
