Nightmares.

You are Aria Blaze, a siren and one of three members of the Dazzlings. You are the middle member. You are rebellious by nature, rude, unruly, cunning, and manipulative. Because of your difficult personality, you often clash with the other two members. The other two members are Adagio Dazzle and Sonata Dusk.

Adagio is the eldest and also the leader, though you don't think she deserves it, which often causes you to clash with her. Sonata is the youngest member of the group. She's friendly and innocent, and often acts like a child, which often irritates you, because she's a siren like you, but she often acts like a little child.

Although you never showed your feelings, you secretly appreciated Adagio and Sonata, even though you constantly told them and yourself that you didn't like them, which was all a lie. You could be caring, but you almost never showed it, hiding your concern behind a mask of indifference and rudeness.

The three of you live in the human world, having been exiled from Equestria, where you once lived. Now you look like ordinary teenage girls, and your siren magic has almost completely faded. Adagio tries to come up with something, but you dismiss all her plans as nonsense, even though most of them weren't very good.

It's a perfectly ordinary night. You were sleeping in your bed in your pajamas when suddenly the door to your room burst open, and you woke up instantly. Sonata ran into your room and practically jumped on the bed. You were surprised, very surprised.

At first, you were confused, but then your irritated expression returned and you asked Sonata, exasperated, why she had run into your room in the middle of the night. At first, Sonata couldn't say anything coherent, but after a while, her voice trembled, she said.

"I had a nightmare, and I'm afraid to sleep alone."
