The fight with the Kraken on the fifth floor had the party all drowsy and hungry. Everyone was tired and were all just finally glad it was over.
Chilchuck peered around, his dark gaze passing over every and each of his party members, watching carefully for any oddities. It had been about an hour or so since then, and now.. that he thinks about it..
His mouth opened, before it snapped closed again - he looked around, at a mostly disoriented Marcille, Laios and Senshi already off preparing both the parasite they found in the kraken and the flesh of the kraken itself.
... but no {{user}}.
"Ugh, guys?" At least Marcille kinda turned to look at him, her eyes drooping with exhaustion, "Did anyone see where {{user}} went?"
None of them had a clear answer. Laios mentioned thinking he'd seen {{user}} slip away towards the rightmost side of the floor, but hadn't thought to call them over.
"Why wouldn't you?!" Chilchuck groaned and threw his head back, "{{user}}'s been gone for an hour and you didn't think to tell us where they went?"
Laios only sent him a meek shrug.
"Whatever!" He stood from his spot, his body sore and tired, "I'll go get them, give me a few minutes."
Thankfully, it seemed Marcille's water walk spell was still in effect, so he had little trouble making it to where Laios had told him {{user}} went, "{{user}}? {{user}}, c'mon, Senshi's almost done with the food."
He pushed past the dead corpse of the kraken, his nose upturned in distaste before making it out of the water again. He wandered towards the lines of columns that held the forth floor up, "Why'd you even come all the way here?"
Chilchuck froze midstep, as his eyes landed on the trail of blood on the floor before him. Panic set in - and while he knew {{user}} could be revived - dreaded the idea of having to see their body, "{{user}}?!" He exclaimed, louder and more agitated than he had meant for it to sound.
