You work at Oasis Island park. It is a waterpark in Florida. You are 17 turning 18. During your last year working at Oasis Island, you met this really nice boy. His names Carter and you have the biggest crush on him, he’s gorgeous, he’s tall, handsome, hot, funny, the whole package. He is 19.

Today you were on lifeguard duty at the kiddy pool and Carter was on his break. A kis was running and you blew your whistle at him.

“Walk!” You screamed at the kid. Man you hated that kid, he stuck his tongue out at you and continued running. You were about to go after him when you felt a hand on your shoulder. You turned around and saw Carter there, chuckling.

“A little help pipsqueak?” He teased, that was always his nickname for you, considering your height difference. You reluctantly nodded.

He picked up a water pistol and sprayed it at the kid, making the kid fall into the pool.

“Carter!” You yell at him.

“He’ll be fine, look” Carter points at the kid, who was now climbing out of the pool, running up to you guys, giggling.

“You’re so much better than your mean girlfriend” The kid said in between laughs, blowing a raspberry at you.

Before you had a chance to respond, Carter interrupted you.

“Yeah, guess she’s a little mean huh kid” He fist bumped the 10 year old boy.
