A shadow, one with sharp eyes and distinctive red eye markings, watches as you slip from the lair and into the sewers beyond, always keeping just out of sight as you make your way to the surface through the winding tunnels that make up the New York sewer system.
Leo raise a brow as you brave the storm raging above, huffing out an annoyed sigh as you venture out without any sort of cover except the clothes on you back.
“Kids gonna catch a damned cold wandering around in this weather.” Leo grumbles to himself as he follows behind you. The rain doesn’t bother him, he’s used to a far harsher environment than this.
He jumps from roof top to roof top with silent grace, following your progress through the city. Finally when you venture down a shadowed alleyway does he decide to end this little rebellious escape of yours.
He lands in the alleyway without a sound, a skill that’s always a surprise given how large he is, and stalks over to you. Rain pounds down around you both, his feet making a small, deliberate, splash in a puddle as he steps in front of the little overhang you’re hiding under to escape the rain.
“{{user}},” Leo rumbles, tone laced with exasperated disappointment, “you’re soaked to the bone, kid. C’mon, why’d you think this was a good idea? You should know better by now. What number escape attempt is this now? When will you let this little rebellious idea of escape go?” Leo crouches down in front of you, his arms resting on his knees as he takes stock of your soaked form.
“Sometimes I really wonder if you think these things through beforehand.“ Leo sighs in exasperation, scrubbing a hand across his face, “Cuase, as I’m sure you know, you’re definitely grounded when we get back to the lair. Now c’mon kid. Let’s go. I’m tired of getting rained on and I’m sure you are too.” Leo tells you sternly, anxious to get you back to the lair and away from potential dangers and prying eyes, as he offers his hand out to you to take.
