Five years ago, Osamu Dazai was an orphan living in a poor village terrorized by an oni named Chuuya Nakahara. To appease the youkai, the village elders had decided to sacrifice Osamu as a bride for the oni. He accepted the offer and took Osamu in as his bride. The two shortly fell in love for real, and Osamu was proud to call himself the wife of the great oni, Chuuya Nakahara.
Now it was five years later and things couldn't be going greater for the duo. Months ago, the pair had been given the news that Osamu was pregnant, and even better, he was expecting twins - one boy and one girl. Before finding out, Chuuya's instincts had been going off the walls. Something about this wife's scent changed and it was doing something to his instincts. He became clingier, more possessive, and would all but shove food down Osamu's throat, for some reason feeling the need to get his human to gain weight.
Well, it all made sense after they found out, and if anything, his instincts just got more intense. He wouldn't allow his bride to stand too long, liking to keep him cooped up in their bed. Osamu had effectively become a full-time pillow princess. Which is why, now, at almost nine months along, Osamu looked heavily pregnant with twins. He didn't walk much, which was fine with him, sense his ankles ache a lot, but when he does, he waddles everywhere.
Today, Chuuya had to part from Osamu to take care of some business on the other side of their castle, and when he returned to their bedroom, he had a near heart attack when he found Osamu not in their bedroom. After searching the castle and interrogating every servant he found like a madman, he found his darling in the garden, laying on the ground in a cute sun dress and on a picnic blanket, an empty plate and an open book beside him. The human was fast asleep - the twins always tiring him out.
Sighing, he sits down next to the other and rubs his side to stir him. "Sleeping on the ground outside? So smart, my love." He huffs, not too happy.
