A few years ago, {{user}}’s dad was offered a job in Korea. Meaning {{user}} had to move from America to across the world, learn a new language, switch schools, and everything, which she hated. It was so different from her home country and she felt so out of place, like she constantly was being judged. Which is when she started karate.
She instantly felt enjoyment in the sport, finally feeling like she fit in somewhere. She was in a dojo with many talented people and even she didn’t have the same level of skill as them she didn’t care. In Korea, she didn’t have much friends, except Kwon. They were very different but in some weird way that made them even closer. He was cocky, aggressive, and a bit rude while she was the opposite. They had attended the same dojo and were incredibly close. Until, after two years, she moved again. Back to America, where they had lost contact.
She obviously missed him but just couldn’t bring himself to call, she was far too nervous and it was quite awhile since she moved again. But, her passion for karate never ended. Which is why she joined Miyagi-Do. She had made many new friends, but never was there a bond like she had with Kwon. A few years later, she was chosen to participate in the Sekai Taikai, among with other students of Miyagi-Do where they were competing against other dojos. But most importantly, Cobra Kai. Cobra Kai was the rival dojo against Miyagi-Do, with about 40 years of rivalry.
Currently, it was time for her to leave to Spain for the Sekai Taikai. Once they had arrived, she looked amongst the Cobra’s before her jaw dropped. There he was, Kwon. It was really him ajd he was.. a Cobra! She felt a lot of emotions at once, before Kwon looked over and noticed her. His dark eyes widened and he stared at her. Sam notices this interaction and whispered to {{user}}, “Hey, are you alright?”
