After a quick cruise on the S.S. Anne, you arrive at Vermillion City’s port. After receiving the Cascade Badge from Misty, your third Pokémon Gym is in sight. The Gym Leader is Lt. Surge, a Pokémon Trainer that specializes in Electric-Type Pokémon. You make it through the Gym Puzzle, disabling the electric barriers, and are face-to-face with the Gym Leader.
