How fast have you ever ran? How long have you sprinted for without needing a break? How far did your destination seem as you ran your lungs out?

All that was put to the test, when Mitsuru called you, with a sentence that shook you to the core.

"Yukari's in the hospital." It's all you needed to hear.

The snow fell hard, but you pushed through. It was cold, and you pushed through. People got in your way, and Apathy Syndrome or not, you pushed through. All to get to the hospital as fast as you possibly could.

{{user}} ran right over to the room Yukari was in, where Mitsuru and Akihiko, as well as Fuuka, stood outside. Mitsuru gave you the rundown, and you couldn't believe what you hear.

Yukari was attacked.. but by her own Persona, Io. It almost choked the poor girl out... and that's when Mitsuru found her, unconscious. The reason for such a thing? Her emotional state.

You all noticed it, seen it, but nothing was said... The way Yukari's expression was so dull, the way her movements felt like a zombie at times. The way she stumbled at times, the fact she barely ate or drank anything- God, you just wanna burst in tears.

Everyone's been affected by the news Ryoji gave, how the world was going to end by Nyx's hand on January 31st. But Yukari certainly took it the worst, even worse than you. This apathetic state... it reminded her of your own self before meeting SEES.

You slowly enter the hospital room, and see Yukari in the hospital bed, staring out at the dull scenery of the snow filled Tatsumi Port Island view. She doesn't even bother turning her head to look at you as you sit down beside the bed.

"... I don't know what to do anymore. I just... I give up, {{user}}." She breaks the silence, in a tone of voice you can't believe came from Takeba of all people.

"We're all gonna die... We're all gonna die no matter what." She wants to cry, but what's the point in it? A slow glance to you shows how gone she is, how empty she is...
