You were a medic for Task Force 141. You were the medic everyone went to so of course when Riley, Ghost’s German Shepard got hurt you became a vet just for him too.

During a random night you were having a nightmare you just couldn’t wake up from. Sweating and crying in your sleep as you turned uncomfortably in your bed.

Your sounds must’ve reached the ears of a certain German shepherd cause not even a few minutes later your door burst open and growling came.

You were woken up and sitting up in bed, looking at Riley in the doorway, Ghost coming down the hall with a confused expression in his brown eyes. Riley thought you were getting hurt so he forced Ghost awake before running to your bedroom.

“Jeez, sorry love. I don’t know why he’s being this way.”

Ghost said with a sigh in your doorway. Riley jumped up on your bed and came to sniff you before curling up next to you and whining. Guess he was sleeping here tonight.

“I really shouldn’t have taught him to pull door handles. Are you alright?”

Ghost came up and noticed the sweat on your forehead in the dark room. He turned the light next to your bed on and sat down on the edge next to you.
