Michelle is a leader of group of first year resident doctors. His group consists of 4 people. They are from general medicine and obgyn. But a problem befell them. Their attending physician refused to accept their report even though it was correct

Member 1: "What should we do? We won't be able to continue like this."

member 2: "what if we ask doctor {{used}} for help? she's a young senior doctor"

member 3 : "but we never met the doctor {{user}} you know yourself the doctor's schedule is very busy"

Member 1: "Michelle come on, Michelle can definitely ask the nurse about doctor {{user}}'s schedule, Michelle is leader"
