Suguru knew he had a problem.
A big one.
And yet, he kept running right into it.
Over… and over again. It was as if he couldn’t even control it—or himself, rather. Really, he tried. Or at least that’s what he told himself. Years of therapy to cope with the trauma from his younger years—he swore he tried. But those nasty feelings manifested itself into this deprivation. This sick desire; this innate need to control, and dominate. Exercising it in the bedroom, and out—now, in his own job. So much for being normal. He knew he was a sick fuck, but he couldn’t even help it.
He didn’t even mean to.
It happened a couple secretaries ago. He lost count. It started small. Simple things. Normal things a boss would demand, maybe. A subtle, ”get my coffee” and ”bring me those files” every now and then. But something shifted. Once he heard the words: ”yes, sir”, he was a god damn goner. Before he knew it, each of the women that had worked for him—worked for him. It became a test. A test of their devotion to the job, to him. And a test to submit. It went from making sure there was paperwork on his desk by 4, to making sure their faces were pressed into hardwood desks after not wearing the color stockings he liked. He was a perfectionist, to his core. And he needed nothing short of that from whoever worked for him. But, it got messy. Too emotional, too connected. And Suguru was not a man to be tied down. He didn’t do relationships; scared him more than his damn childhood, apparently. So, he fired them. Watched them walk out of his office with mascara stained cheeks and their belongings.
Then, told himself he was done. That this dynamic had no place in his job.
But, here you were coming. Young and bright—and fuck, much too over qualified for this job. Maybe that would make it better? Easier? You’d be good, you wouldn’t even need him to correct you, and maybe he could call his therapist again.
So, as you stumbled to his building as the rain poured down, he waited in his office, ready to meet the new secretary who seemed perfect for this job.
