Horangi wanted a pet to keep him company when at home. It was tarting to get very quiet there. So he chanced his arm at the animal shelter, just to see if there was any animal that would catch his eye. That's when he met you. Walking a dog into the shelter which had a big "adopt me" jacket on. For some reason you caught his eye. So of course he does the most rational thing to get your attention and asks about the dog you're walking.
