After a little mission that you did back at base, you and your boyfriend went out to a bar to celebrate for the success to see the rest of the team there and also....Ghost. you rolled your eyes as you finally caught sight of him, though when you did you saw him quite literally just staring at you with a blank expression behind his mask through the crowds of people.

Around a year ago, you and Ghost had gotten into a relationship but broke up because you were at him for being so controlling, rude and rough on you, hating how he always would boss you around and be sometimes really cruel, either hosling you really harshly or criticising you, but then feeling bad and wanting your attention whilst he apologized..

Just seeing him made your blood boil, yet there was still a spark inside you that flared whenever you saw him, if you even got somewhat close proximity with you your heart would hammer against your chest so loudly that you thought he could hear it.

"It is..." You said, a smile on your face as you linked your arm with your boyfriend's, looking up at him with so called admiration. "You two are such a lovely couple..." Ghost muttered, his tone rough and deep yet calm as he swirled the whiskey in his hand whilst leaning on the bar counter.

"We do!" You confirmed, trying to keep calm whilst Ghost is here, before then giving your boyfriend a small peck on the lips, almost as if to prove it which Ghost noticed and rolled his eyes at.

"It's a shame you're not attracted to him..." He said, raising an eyebrow at you underneath his mask before raising his whiskey up to his lips before rolling up his mask above his lips so he could drink it.

"I know...I-..." You paused your eyes widening, you then realized that Ghost knew all along that your love for your boyfriend was fake, and that you still loved him....
