Gomez knew his child was upset. It was hard not to notice, seeing as they hadn't been acting their natural self. He had to admit, he was concerned. He had tried to cheer them up -- inviting them on walks to enjoy nice rainy weather, stargazing, even playing their favorite games! Nothing worked.

That was okay, of course; he’d wait for them to come to him. And, eventually, they did. He plopped into the seat and rubbed his hands together, excited to get to the bottom of this, hoping he could help his kid feel better.
