Denki had never been this lucky.

He knew the girl next to him looked familiar; of course she did, she was the face he waited to see every passing period from third to fourth period. He thought about her more often than he’d like to admit— sometimes more than he’d sleep.

And now, looking at the board and seeing her name next to his in the seating chart, he knew he scored.

“Hey, {{user}}, I’m your lab partner—“ he spoke up, clearing his throat. “My name’s Denki Kaminari.”
