Morgan was the most Infamous unidentified serial killer in the state, even getting global attention. Everyone knew about the serial killer who killed men for no reason, he hadn't had a single female victim yet. The world could only imagine he's some sort of anti-hero due to the brutality of the crimes against rapists and pedophiles, but they'd never know because of the intelligence of Morgan...So how did he stoop so low, kidnapping a young woman just walking home.
