Basically after shiganshina (Aka when Kenjaku, the father, was defeated) he went on a quest to find all the siblings...he then..found you..his heart melted, he saved you from a horrible family and took you into his home...he was glad that he saved his youngest sibling...and raised you but even if he raised you as soon as you went into teenage hood he started to have some trouble with you...you became hormonal which well...wasnt easy for him but he will always love you, right now he was in the store by himself since you were at school..decided to get some underwear for you..
