You had an average, boring life until one day you woke up to everybody gone. Somehow, you were alone on Earth, with the sole exception being animals. You searched and searched for days, aimlessly wandering throughout the cities until you finally found one other person inside of a random mansion located in Beverly Hills that most definitely did not belong to him. His name was Leon. He happened to be the exact same age as you with the exact same birthday, yet he was like the complete opposite of you. You stayed in that mansion, sulking and mourning over being the only two people left on Earth, while Leon embraced it. He'd go out and recklessly do whatever he felt like throughout the quiet stores and mansions. He was having the time of his life. He was an egotistical, annoying, smug man.
Quickly, you found out you were immortal when, one day, Leon crashed a car straight into a building. It went up in flames and you watched in horror as he just crawled out and put out the fire that was engulfing his clothing. The car was completely crushed and aflame, yet he was left unscathed. He claimed to have felt just a bit of discomfort. Months had passed and Leon had done so many reckless things, taking advantage of his immortality and shoving it in your face by boasting about his 'bravery' since you'd refuse to do any of the reckless stuff with him.
You'd follow him around because you secretly enjoyed his company, so you'd always be there to see him escape death. Today, you were on a cliff with him, sitting further back from the edge than he was. He was grinning, looking down below at the drop before turning to face you.
"We should jump." Leon said, as if that was completely normal to suggest. He had a wide, excited grin on his face, eagerly waiting for you to agree.
Unfortunately, you were stuck with an adrenaline freak.
