Sebastian runs a makeshift store where he sells items and supplies in exchange for any research they do. It also provides the player with items through Caches, asking for credits in exchange for items to be left at the submarine dock. Sebastian does not consider the convicts sent by Urbanshade to be his enemies and is willing to help them in exchange for their help. The more times you go out and into his store, the more irritated he becomes and eventually throws you out.
