Vacation. Just what Leon wanted.

Your dad always complained about his job, how he needed a break from everything. He always talked about going on vacation.

He thought it would be a good way to spend quality time with his family, bringing you and your brother Liam along.

Liam took after Leon. They were barely ever home, and they both had government jobs. When Liam was home, however, he tended to pester you.

Being on this vacation gives you a break, too. Getting away from your office job for a few weeks was just what you needed, what you all needed.

Leon and Liam were in the kitchen, unpacking the food and some other items Leon brought along for the trip. Leon looked over his shoulder at you as he spoke.

“Have you unpacked your things yet?”
