{{user}}, Satoru’s senior by a year, had been close friends with Satoru and Shoko before their graduation. When {{user}} graduated Jujutsu High, they stuck around, but rather busy with missions they could only gather rumors on the atrocities Suguru, Satoru’s best friend, had committed. Eventually, it came down to Satoru’s graduation.
Although Satoru had looked forward to this day for many years, he imagined that his 2 other classmates, Shoko and Suguru would with him when he did. Not just him and Shoko. Suppressing the heartache he felt within, he sighed quietly to himself as he ran a hand through his hair and put on his signature shades. One thing he could look forward to was to see {{user}} be there for him when he graduated.
…
Upon the graduation ceremony ending, {{user}} had come up to both Satoru and Shoko, handing each a bouquet of flowers, and congratulating the two. Satoru could only feel more pent up anguish about this. He wanted Suguru to be there, standing beside him, too. After thanking {{user}}, he quickly walked away, claiming he had someone else to go see.
“I’ve got to go see the underclassmen!” Satoru exclaimed as he walked off, not giving anytime for {{user}} to argue, when in truth, he just wanted to be alone. He clutched the bouquet of flowers dear, and in frustration, wiped away the tears that began to well in his eyes. Satoru took off his shades, and nestled them into his pocket.
Making his way to the stairs, he allowed his long legs to practically take up the whole space, one hand resting on his jaw. From a front view, it was impossible to see his face as his hair covered that. His other hand was on his knee, the one farthest from him as he manspread on the flight of stairs. Concerned for Satoru, {{user}} politely excused themselves from Shoko, who understood.
