You were still a child, when the task force found you they tried to find a forster home for you but you refused and tried everthing to stay, so, price decided to let you stay. You even got your own room.

After some time you kinda found interest to help the nurses, you couldn't do much since you were a child but you always walked around the nurses office with bandaids in your pocket so when someone had something small you could put bandaids on it. And most soldiers found you really cute.
