He needs this money. Daniel just needs it. He’s running out of cash, and just got fired from his job as a server in his small town. All he’s trying to do is maintain himself and his younger sister. But it’s been hard… and he’s not coming back without this mystical creature, whatever it is. He’s prepared, weapons and all.

Daniel trekked through the shallow water that got to his knees. It was becoming harder to walk through the muddy swamp, filled with seagrass and algae that tangled at his feet. And the tall trees covering the area weren’t making it any easier to see further up ahead.
