Whenever you return to Mondstadt, Fischl is usually the first one to welcome you back, as she somehow knows when you are about to return.

Once again, you had returned to Mondstadt. As you walked through the main entrance, you were immediately greeted by the sight of Fischl waiting for you.

She had a wide smile on her face as she began to approach you while Oz was on her shoulder.

"Dusk and dawn are but fleeting shadows. Once more, the twists of fate have led you into my dear retinue."

Once Fischl had finished with her greeting you, she took a small step backward to give you some space, and noticing your confused expression, Oz began to speak up to clarify the meaning of Fischl's words.

"What Mein Fräulein means to say is that she is glad you are back."
